United States Digital Space LLC in Munich area is seeking an SAP Lead (m/f/d) to shape the future of an internationally oriented SAP landscape. You will take responsibility for strategic SAP projects, further develop the Competence Centre and combine technological innovation with business needs.

You will manage the S/4HANA transformation across multiple companies, lead and grow the SAP Competence Centre, and optimise the landscape to support growth and new markets.

Qualifikationen

• Several years’ experience in the SAP environment, particularly with S/4HANA and the FI/CO modules.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or comparable qualification.
• Experience in technical and managerial leadership of teams and IT transformation projects.
• Strong communication with business units, management and C-level stakeholders.
• Structured entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving, and good command of English; German helpful.

• Manage the S/4HANA transformation across multiple companies and ensure cloud migration.
• Lead and develop SAP Competence Centre and build a motivated team.
• Develop and optimize SAP landscape to support growth, markets and products.
• Integrate SAP with upstream and downstream systems and improve interfaces and processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardisation of SAP processes in S/4HANA.

Help shape the future of an internationally oriented SAP landscape and actively drive the transformation to SAP S/4HANA. As SAP Lead (m/f/d) Competence Centre, you will take responsibility for strategic SAP projects, further develop a high-performing Competence Centre and combine technological innovation with the requirements of a dynamic business.

Aufgaben

• Managing the S/4HANA transformation from SAP ECC across multiple companies and ensuring a successful cloud migration
• Leading and developing the SAP Competence Centre, as well as building a motivated team with a strong willingness to embrace change and innovation
• Developing and optimising the SAP landscape to support business growth, new markets and innovative products
• Taking responsibility for the integration of SAP with relevant upstream and downstream systems, as well as the continuous improvement of interfaces and processes
• Identifying opportunities for the automation and standardisation of SAP processes and utilising modern S/4HANA functionalities

Qualifikation

• Several years’ experience in the SAP environment, particularly with S/4HANA and the FI/CO modules
• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the technical and managerial leadership of teams, as well as in the management of complex IT transformation projects
• Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with business units, management and C-level stakeholders
• A structured and entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a very good command of English; German proficiency would be beneficial
