Zusammenfassung

CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking a SAP Lead Consultant/Solution Architect PP to head the Manufacturing workstream for SAP transformations. You will own end-to-end manufacturing processes, design solutions, and drive SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing initiatives across national and international projects.

The role requires 7+ years of SAP consulting in manufacturing, strong PP expertise (PP-PI a plus), and the ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience in S/4HANA Manufacturing (public and private cloud, on-premise).
• Strong expertise in SAP PP, ideally with PP-PI experience in validated industries.
• Proven experience leading SAP Manufacturing streams and small teams in complex transformation projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Manufacturing workstream in national and international SAP transformation programs and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing processes and solution design.
• Design and implement manufacturing solutions, including integration with adjacent streams and systems.
• Drive innovation topics around SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing.
• Mentor our junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing in CNT Competence Teams.
• Lead in sales cycles, conduct customer demos and pre-sales presentations.

What your tasks are:

• Lead the Manufacturing workstream in national and international SAP transformation programs and ensure high‑quality project delivery

What experience you should have:

• 7+ years of hands‑on consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (public and private cloud, on‑premise)
• Strong expertise in SAP PP, ideally complemented by experience in SAP PP‑PI in validated industries
• Proven experience in leading SAP Manufacturing streams and small teams in complex transformation projects
• E xperience in Di gital Manufacturing and MES integration are beneficial
• Ability to take ownership and drive topics independently
• Excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders on all organizational levels
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Business fluent in German and English
