Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless data flow between SAP and third-party applications or external systems, including cloud-based platforms.
• Configure SAP integration points such as IDOCs, BAPIs, and RFCs to support enterprise-wide data exchange.
• Work with clients to customize SAP integrations according to their business needs and technical environment.
• Develop, configure, and implement integration solutions using SAP PI / PO, SAP CPI, or other integration tools.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP integrations, addressing issues, analyzing logs, and providing timely resolution of any integration-related problems.
• Perform root cause analysis of system errors and implement corrective measures to prevent future disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Technical teams, Functional Module leads, Business analysts, Project Managers) and external vendors to ensure successful integration execution.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users to ensure smooth adoption of integrated systems.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the proper functioning of integrations.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Preferred SAP certification in Integration or related modules is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SAP MM, SAP technical, Ariba, SAP SD, and SAP FICO etc.
• Having knowledge of Italian Language added advantage.
• Experience in Utility Industry.
• Exposure to working in Agile Methodology.
• High analytical skills.
