Overview

Responsibilities

• Application management for our SAP ERP, our CRM, and our pump design software
• Consulting of internal business units in close coordination with key users
• Project work to extend existing and introduce new processes, modules, and applications, e.g. in our ongoing RISE with SAP S/4HANA project
• Customizing in collaboration with service providers
• User and key-user support as well as administration
• Maintenance of technical interfaces to third-party systems

Qualifications

• Completed studies with a focus on IT and/or economics or comparable qualification
• Analytical skills
• Very good German and good English in spoken and written form
• SAP consulting, customizing, and support experience
• Junior to senior consulting level in the listed modules
• Extensive experience in at least one SAP ERP module (SD, CS, MM, PP, QM, WM) and basic knowledge in other modules
• Knowledge of a CRM system and understanding of variant/product configurators
