Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult the business by fully understanding processes,identifying issues, and recommending opportunities forimprovement with a focus on SD.
• Customizing & Configuration: Adapting pricing,invoicing, shipping, credit management, and orderprocessing to business requirements.
• System Optimization: Identifying and implementingpotential improvements in close collaboration withbusiness departments.
• S/4HANA Migration: Supporting brownfield conversionprojects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA with a focuson SD.
• Training & Support: Supporting key users and endusers through training and troubleshooting.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining processdocumentation, specifications, and training materials.
• Innovation & Further Development: Actively pursuingnew SAP technologies and recommendations forcontinuous improvement.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Working Conditions

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, businessadministration, or similar.
• Several years of experience in SAP SD consulting or support,ideally in SAP ECC & S/4HANA.
• Project management: Experience in SAP projects (as participant, butalso as (sub-) project lead).
• Particularly good understanding of business processes withinSales and Distribution (SD).
• Integration: Understanding of SAP SD interfaces such asIDocs, BAPIs, and middleware solutions.
• Interested in innovative technologies.
• Proactive and structured way of working, solution orientationas well as a distinctive ability to communicate and work in a team characterize you.
• Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving skills for complex business processes.
• Programming skills are an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken English (and preferably German) skills for working in international teams.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10 %).
