Job Title : Senior (5 years+) SAP Inhouse Consultant (m / f / d) - PP / PM / PS

Location : Anywhere in Germany (ideally near Beckum or Dortmund)

Salary : Up to €150,000 depending on experience

Work Mode : Close to fully remote, but requires regular travel to different regions

About the company & role

We are partnering with a global leader in industrial automation and intralogistics to find a highly experienced Senior SAP Inhouse Consultant. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in complex SAP landscapes and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end implementations across PP, PM, and PS modules.

Your task

As an SAP Inhouse Consultant, you will act as the internal expert for process support and optimization. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing process consulting to internal departments and aligning business needs with SAP module capabilities
• Maintaining an overview of the system landscape and developing integrated solutions
• Taking full ownership of (sub-)projects, managing them independently and ensuring successful delivery
• Driving practical knowledge development in the area of SAP S / 4HANA

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field
• In-depth knowledge of SAP logistics, especially in Production Planning and material flows within manufacturing processes
• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP process consulting and support, ideally in larger-scale projects
• Solid experience in additional SAP modules such as MM, EWM, and QM
• Experience with mobile device integration is a plus
• Language: English (C1), German is welcome but not mandatory

Additional Information

• We are looking for a senior-level profile with 8-10 years of experience (5+ years minimum)
• Strong background in end-to-end SAP implementations and full project lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and build strong internal networks
• High willingness to travel - the role can be close to fully remote, but requires regular travel to different regions
