Job Description:

Position: SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Remote work: 100%

Client Industry: Manufacturing

Contract Length: 6 months

Contract Type: Freelance

Project Focus: Configuration and optimization of SAP HCM, with a strategic goal to enable seamless transformation to S/4HANA by 2026. Focus on modernizing core HR and Payroll processes, ensuring compliance (especially with German Payroll), and aligning system architecture with future HANA-readiness.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong experience with German Payroll systems within SAP HCM – 10+ Years
• Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA, including support and implementation exposure
• Familiarity with HANA system architecture and workflows
• Proficient in Agile and SCRUM methodologies, including setup and facilitation
• Capable of managing stakeholder expectations and driving process adherence within Agile teams
• Proven ability to support change management and prevent reversion to legacy working methods in development teams
• German Payroll Experience absolutely essential (3-5 Years)
