We are hiring for a global leader in automotive solutions with operations in over 2,000 employees across 20 countries. The company focuses on innovation, technology, and automotive services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes within a forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Provide internal technical and functional support for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  2. Collaborate with an international in-house team on the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  3. Analyze, design, and enhance HR processes with a focus on digital transformation and system optimization.
  4. Administer and manage SAP SuccessFactors systems, ensuring quality and functionality.
  5. Contribute to the evolution of the company’s HR and IT landscape.
  6. Monitor and maintain the integrity of implemented HR solutions.
  7. Design and support efficient, future-proof HR processes.
  8. Act as a key support resource for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors users in specialist departments.
Your Profile :
  1. Academic background in economics, IT, or similar, or equivalent vocational qualifications.
  2. Proven experience in a relevant role with 2-3+ years of strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with expertise in one core module and basic knowledge in 1-2 other modules.
  3. Solid understanding of HR processes, system architecture, and process optimization.
  4. A proactive learner with a collaborative mindset, flexibility, and resilience.
  5. Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  6. Interest in exploring and implementing new SAP HR technologies.

The position offers hybrid working arrangements, ideally with 2 days a month on-site at the office/innovation campus located just 15 minutes west of Augsburg.

The role requires at least 3+ years of experience, with a compensation of 70,000 euros per annum.
