My client is a successful IT consulting company that specializes in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors area. As a reinforcement of the SAP HCM Application Management Services team, you are responsible for the SAP HCM application support of customers.

As a competent contact person, you will provide advice to the customer's specialist departments on their requirements and change requests.

Your tasks include customizing, maintenance and documentation as well as processing 2nd level support tickets.

Independent analysis of problems and implementation of optimal solutions in the area of SAP HCM

Within the framework of the diverse projects, you can independently coordinate and manage interesting sub-projects.

You work closely with the development departments

Mainly remote customer support, but also on-site depending on the customer situation

Requirements:

As part of appropriate training, you have acquired, depending on your level of experience, very good IT knowledge as well as good business management knowledge and have strong analytical skills.

You are well versed in the areas of customizing as well as error analysis and troubleshooting and have already been able to use your knowledge on several occasions.

Building on this, you ideally have in-depth process knowledge and professional experience in one or more sub-modules of SAP HCM, preferably time management (PT), organizational management (OM) and payroll accounting (PY).

When dealing with your customers, you impress with a strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.

You are a committed and entrepreneurial team player who is characterized by a sense of responsibility, goal- and solution-oriented working methods, initiative and resilience.

Occasional travel is not an obstacle for you and good written and spoken English skills are a given.
