The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!

• Develop concepts, processes, and IT applications for our SAP HCM landscape, serving as a key HR expert for the German SAP time management module.
• Steer external partners and the international developer team for the SAP shift-planning application, maintaining close contact with the customer for updates and changes.
• Implement metal tariff agreements and handle incidents and change requests within SAP HCM PT to ensure system stability.
• Provide technical consulting for PA support in S/4 and Employee Central projects, aiding HR process integration and optimization.
• Collaborate with German customers and global IT teams across Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific to foster innovation and efficiency.
• Education: Completed university studies in Business Informatics or a related field.
• Experience and Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes; ability to read and debug ABAP code is advantageous.
• Personality and Work Style: Confident, well-organized, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Enthusiasm: Passionate about working with distributed and international teams of customers, consultants, and developers.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken German and English.

*The gross annual salary for this position is at least 86,000 EUR for a 35-hour workweek, subject to collective agreements and full job requirements. Additional benefits include performance-related pay, company success bonuses, and pension plan options. Details will be discussed during the application process.
