Job Description

• In this position, you continuously develop concepts, processes, and IT applications for our SAP HCM application landscape, acting as a key expert for HR customers regarding the German SAP time management module.
• With your technical expertise, you actively steer externals and the international developer team for the SAP-based shift-planning application. You are in close contact with the customer and support them when changes are needed.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for implementing metal tariff agreements and ensuring the resolution of incidents and change requests, primarily within the SAP HCM PT area, to maintain smooth system operations.
• You provide technical consulting for PA support in S/4 and Employee Central projects, contributing to the successful integration and optimization of HR processes.
• A significant part of your role involves close collaboration with German customers as well as geographically distributed IT teams across Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies in Business informatics or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR processes; ability to read and debug ABAP code is beneficial
• Personality and Working Practice: your confident appearance distinguishes you; you have very good self-organization and see yourself as a team player; your customer and solution-oriented nature complements your overall profile
• Enthusiasm: you enjoy working in distributed teams of customers, consultants, and in international teams of software developers and external service providers.
• Languages: fluent written and spoken German and English
