• Develop concepts, processes, and IT applications for the SAP HCM application landscape, specializing in the German SAP payroll module.
• Resolve incidents and change requests, primarily focusing on the SAP HCM PY area.
• Act as a technical consultant for SAP interfaces, including IDOC and RFC.
• Collaborate with German customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Work closely with geographically distributed IT teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
• Ensure seamless communication and cooperation between internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective solutions.

• Education: Completed university studies in business informatics or a comparable subject.
• Experience and Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR processes; ability to read and debug ABAP code is beneficial.
• Personality and Working Practice: Confident appearance, good self-organization, team-oriented, customer and solution-focused.
• Enthusiasm: Enjoy working in distributed teams of customers, consultants, international teams of software developers, and external service providers.
• Languages: Fluent written and spoken German and English.

*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (full year employment and eligibility requirements based on collective agreements). It includes individual performance-related pay, a company success bonus, and employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
