Join a forward-thinking consulting company transforming HR & Payroll through SAP solutions. We're seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to deliver impactful projects for our clients across Germany — all from the comfort of your home.

As a SAP HCM Payroll (PY) Consultant, you’ll take ownership of delivering end-to-end payroll solutions using SAP HCM. You’ll work closely with clients to configure systems, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP HCM PY solutions for German payroll
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations
• Handle payroll schema adjustments, wage type configuration, and reporting
• Support legal compliance, audits, and payroll process optimization
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support to clients
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on multi-module SAP projects

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
• Strong knowledge of German payroll legislation and social security rules
• Experience with customizing SAP PY schemas and PCRs
• Familiarity with related modules (e.g. PA, OM, Time Management) is a plus
• Fluent in German and English (both required)
• Based in Germany with a suitable home-office setup
• Independent, solution-focused, and client-oriented mindset
