Our Client is a globally recognized company with a strong tradition of innovation and excellence in manufacturing. To support the growth and optimization of their IT landscape, we are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to join our internal IT team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance HR-IT systems, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Advise on and optimize HR processes, with a focus on digitization projects.
• Implement, test, and customize SAP HR modules.
• Lead HR IT projects and support international HR management and key users.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, business administration, or related field.
• Strong experience with SAP HCM and/or HR cloud applications.
• Expertise in HR project design and process understanding.
• Proficiency in SAP customizing; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
