Job Description:

Your Role in our Team

• You will be responsible for the ongoing SAP HCM applications, focusing on personnel administration, time management, payroll, and related interfaces.
• You will take on module, application, and process responsibility, advising departments on processes and technical implementation in SAP HCM systems.
• You will lead SAP HCM projects and participate as a part or IT project leader in SAP projects.
• You will advise the HR department on innovations and best practices in SAP HCM.
• You will be involved in continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions.
• You will coordinate and test support packages, and design, plan, and conduct user training and workshops.
• You will manage external service providers.

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You have knowledge of Employee and Manager Self Service in SAP HCM and SAP HCM BW.
• You are familiar with personnel cost planning, release changes, and SAP updates.
• You have experience with structural authorizations, organizational management, ABAP, and Web-Dynpro.
• Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors/Integration is a plus.
• You are open-minded, work independently and responsibly, and are eager to contribute your knowledge.
