• Proven experience in several end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll/Time projects or 3+ years in HCM consulting.
• Certification in Payroll/Time is necessary, additional modules are a plus.
• Strong project management skills with a history of successful team leadership.

We are partnered with a remote first consulting company specializing in tailored SAP HR solutions that drive digital transformation and empower businesses. With over two decades of success, they known for delivering impactful results and fostering long-term client relationships. Due to the increase in long-term greenfield projects, they are searching for SAP HCM Consultants specialised in Payroll or Time projects to join the business during this exciting time.

What to expect :

Lead the design and implementation of tailored SAP HCM Payroll / Time solutions whilst managing projects independently by overseeing resource and time planning, budgeting, and delivery. Play a key role in expanding the Employee Central business area by acquiring new clients and projects. Provide ongoing support, release management, and optimizations for clients’ HR IT systems.

Who we are looking for :

• Proven experience in several end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll / Time projects or 3+ years in HCM consulting.
• Payroll / Time certification (additional module certifications are a plus!).
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading teams and delivering results.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to travel occasionally (10%)
• Currently based in Germany
• Fluency in German and strong English skills.
