Your responsibilities

• The role will involve the development of modern SAP offerings, requiring both functional and technical expertise to develop SAP HANA 2.x and SAP XSA native application and data warehouse solutions to best address our customers’ needs

• In this role, the SAP HANA Developer will work directly with customers for hands‑on delivery, as well as strategic insights on how to run programs/projects efficiently from the blueprint to go live

• You serve as an individual contributor, as well as a member of a high-performing team ensuring the quality delivery and growing our practice and our relationships with key partners

• You have a strong proven track record in data modelling, SQL script, NodeJS, and SAP HANA XSA. You are familiar with finance sector solution mechanics, and configuration requirements, as well as integration with other technologies

• As a SAP HANA Developer, you are familiar with the implementation or customization of SAP applications such as SAP BW or other SAP Software offerings

• You have an interest in learning about new technologies in the SAP universe and staying on top of tech trends

• You support the pre‑sale activities and the proof of concept delivery of SAP business use cases

• As a SAP HANA Developer, you will conduct code reviews, enforce Hana development best practices, and maintain technical documentation

• In this role, you will manage transport landscape, version control (Git/Github), and deployment pipelines for Hana objects

• You are an independent multi‑tasker, who takes initiative to prioritize and resolve challenges on the fly

Our requirements

• Deep expertise in Hana (SAP HANA 2.x / SAP XSA) data modelling: calculation view, (Star schema, Snowflake), CDS views, SQL script, including HDI containers and the Web IDE/Business Application Studio

• SQL mastery: advanced knowledge of SQLScript and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and highly optimized code

• Proven implementation record using SAP HANA 2.x, XSA, WEBIDE & HANA Cockpit

• Advanced knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus

• Hands‑on experience with SAP technologies like SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA or SAP BW is a plus

• Strong logical and mathematical thinking capabilities

• Independent working style

• Ability to coach the technical development of less senior developers

• A university degree in computer science, mathematics or comparable

• Articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong & discerning listener. Another language skill is a plus
