Your Role

To provide SAP S/4HANA GTS Functional services for implementation, rollouts, and support projects.

• Required Experience in SAP GTS
• Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in GTS module
• Extensive knowledge of Installed Base Management, Service Order Processing, and Resource-Related Billing
• Experience in Field Service, In-house Repairs, Service Contracts, and Warranty Claim Management
• Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including Refurbishment process
• Knowledge of labor activity posting and integration with time keeping system
• Translate user requests into application system solutions
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company
• Redesign procedures to suggest best business practices in concert with SAP functionality
• Candidate must have 4-5 end-to-end implementations and 3-4 rollout experience with S/4HANA
• Implementations & GTS projects including full scope GTS solution to global market
• Design & build full scope GTS solutions
• Implementation of new functionalities & rollout to new locations
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Focus on building and sharing knowledge
• Combine strong functional and technical SAP skills

Preferred Skills

• Create the Business Blueprint (BBP) - detailed process design and mapping to solutions, based on design from the IS BA, and contribute to effort estimation
• Create Configuration documents
• Create Functional Specifications
• Perform Functional Testing
• Work with other modules for Integration Issues
• Perform final validation of solution (SIT) before submission to requester to run User Acceptance Test
• Support the Run organization in incident and problem resolution
