Your Role

To provide SAP S/4HANA GTS Functional services for implementation, rollouts, and support projects.

• Required experience in SAP GTS
• Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business knowledge in GTS module
• Extensive knowledge of Installed Base Management, Service Order Processing, and Resource-Related Billing
• Experience in Field Service, In-house Repairs, Service Contracts, and Warranty Claim Management
• Knowledge of replacement processing including Refurbishment process
• Understanding of labor activity posting and integration with time keeping systems
• Translate user requests into application system solutions
• Resolve business issues by collaborating with various groups
• Redesign procedures to align with SAP functionalities
• Candidate must have 4-5 end-to-end implementations and 3-4 rollouts with S/4HANA
• Implementations & GTS projects including full scope GTS solution to global markets
• Design & build full scope GTS solutions
• Implement new functionalities & roll out to new locations
• Build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Focus on building and sharing knowledge

Preferred Skills

• Create Business Blueprint (BBP), detailed process design, and mapping solutions
• Create configuration documents
• Develop functional specifications
• Perform functional testing
• Work with other modules for integration issues
• Perform final validation of solutions (SIT) before UAT
