Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP GTS, preferably with SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP GTS implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
• Deep knowledge of solution architecture, application design, SAP processes, and the capabilities and limitations of SAP GTS.
• Experience in solution design, configuration, WRICEF development, and expertise in GTS configuration, including Export/Import Compliance, SPL/Embargo, License Determination, classification, Customs Export, import processes, and trade documentation. Ability to collaborate with customer departments and assist in creating technical requirements documents.
• Ability to work in an international team environment, with experience in interfacing (inbound and outbound) to middleware systems, including IDOC and EDI interfaces for customs communications.
• Propose IS solutions and present them to the business for approval (Show & Tell sessions).
• Provide application module expertise.
• Create Business Blueprints (BBP) with detailed process design and mapping, based on IS BA input, and contribute to effort estimation.
• Perform final validation of solutions (SIT) before User Acceptance Testing.
• Support the run organization in incident and problem resolution.
• Demonstrate analytical skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
• Collaborate effectively with customer departments and support technical requirements documentation.
