Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in SAP GTS, preferably with SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP GTS implementation and rollout projects.
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
- Deep knowledge of solution architecture, application design, SAP processes, and the capabilities and limitations of SAP-GTS.
- Experience in solution design, configuration, WRICEF development, and expertise in GTS configuration, including Export/Import Compliance, SPL/Embargo, License Determination, classification, Customs Export, import processes, and trade documentation. Ability to collaborate with customer departments and support the creation of technical requirement documents.
- Ability to work effectively in an international team environment. Knowledge of middleware interfaces, IDOC, and EDI for customs communication.
- Ability to propose IS solutions and present them to the business for approval (Show & tell sessions).
- Provide application module expertise.
- Create Business Blueprints (BBP) with detailed process design and mapping, based on IS BA input, including effort estimation.
- Perform final validation of solutions (SIT) prior to User Acceptance Testing.
- Support the Run organization in incident and problem resolution.
- Strong analytical skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and understand business processes, supporting technical documentation.
