Are you an SAP Functional Consultant looking for a remote role with a modern, tech-driven company? We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing business undergoing an ambitious SAP S/4HANA transformation—and they’re looking for a skilled SAP Functional Consultant to join the team.

The Role:

You’ll work as part of a cross-functional SAP team, collaborating closely with departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement to shape and improve business processes using SAP S/4HANA. You’ll act as an internal consultant, helping translate business requirements into system solutions and ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and optimise business processes within SAP S/4HANA
• Act as the link between business units and technical teams
• Manage and support full-cycle SAP projects (from requirements gathering to go-live)
• Configure SAP modules and work on functional specifications for development
• Train and support key users across various departments
• Collaborate with external consultants and stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Solid experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, ideally in a production, logistics, or retail environment
• Knowledge in one or more of the following SAP modules: MM, SD, PP, FI/CO
• Strong process understanding and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working in S/4HANA environments preferred
• Fluent German (C1 or above) is essential
• Based in Germany and eligible to work without sponsorship
