SAP Fioneer GmbH in Germany is seeking a highly skilled Senior FS-CD Consultant to join our team. You will work on transformation projects, collaborating with customers and colleagues across implementation phases to deliver high-quality SAP FS-CD solutions.

The role emphasizes ABAP development, S/4HANA expertise, and the use of AI-powered tools to support delivery, testing, and documentation. Fluency in German and English is required, and remote work from Germany or Austria is supported.

About you and the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) FS-CD Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team and play a pivotal role in transformation projects. You will work closely with customers and colleagues across different phases of implementation projects, helping to deliver high-quality solutions while continuously expanding your expertise. During the project delivery phase, you will collaborate with domain experts to deepen your business and technical knowledge and support project planning, execution, and successful delivery.

As part of our commitment to innovation and efficiency, you will also leverage AI-powered tools to support implementation activities, testing, code analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

For the successful delivery of SAP Fioneer implementation projects, the following consulting key areas are expected to be covered:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Fioneer solutions, including SAP S/4HANA for Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD).
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Design of functional and technical concepts in the areas of billing, payments, and subledger accounting, with experience in insurance processes and regulations.
• Data modelling and solution architecture support.
• Data integration and migration activities.
• Training, enablement, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues and customers to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Leveraging AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve delivery efficiency, testing, and documentation quality.

FS-CD Functional skills:

FS-CD Component Expertise in the following areas:

Other requirements:

• Min 7+ years as a FS-CD Consultant with a large component expertise in FS-CD, ABAP developer skills and a good functional expertise.

• University degree in Technology, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or relevant areas of studies.
• Strong analytical and technical skills as well as excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and will break down all barriers to ensure customer success.
• An enthusiasm to learn, and willingness to adapt change and always look for ways to fully leverage your abilities no matter the task at hand.
• Experience using AI-powered development and productivity tools (e.g. Claude Code or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
