ZAPP Associates has been mandated to find a SAP FICO Senior Manager for a fast-growing strategy consultancy building their SAP transformation team in Germany. Our client is a renowned global advisory organization focusing on expanding their technology capabilities with SAP at the forefront.

The role involves working across finance transformation, from advisory to implementation, utilizing SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will collaborate with clients on strategic topics and lead delivery efforts, leveraging both internal and offshore teams.

Key experience required includes:

1. 10+ years of experience specializing in SAP FI CO solutioning
2. Deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes
3. Previous consulting experience as a Manager, Architect, Delivery Lead, or Senior Manager
4. Experience in preparing RFPs and proposals
5. Experience in hiring and building teams within a consulting environment
6. Leading delivery in finance transformation programs (S/4HANA Finance)

This position offers the opportunity to take a leadership role within an established advisory firm, with responsibilities for building and leading a team. You will engage with existing clients and advise on S/4HANA Finance implementations. The role is primarily remote but may require occasional travel across Germany based on client needs.

The role also involves contributing to the development of global technology transformation consulting teams.
