ZAPP Associates has been mandated to find a SAP FICO Senior Manager for a rapidly expanding strategy consultancy building their SAP transformation team in Germany. Our client is a renowned global advisory organization actively enhancing their technology capabilities, with SAP at the core of their focus driven by client demand.

This role involves working across finance transformation projects, from advisory to implementation, utilizing SAP S/4Finance and S/4HANA. You will engage with clients on strategic topics and lead delivery efforts, leveraging both internal and offshore teams.

Key experience required includes:

1. 10+ years of experience specializing in SAP FI CO solutioning
2. Deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes
3. Previous consulting experience as a Manager, Architect, Delivery Lead, or Senior Manager
4. Commercial experience in RFPs and proposals
5. Experience hiring and building teams within a consulting environment
6. Leadership in delivering finance transformation programs (S/4Finance)

This role offers the opportunity to take a leadership position within an established advisory firm, with responsibilities including building and leading a team in the short term. You will work with existing clients and be involved in advising on S/4Finance implementations immediately. The position is primarily remote, but occasional travel within Germany may be required based on client needs.

The role also involves building global technology transformation consulting teams.
