ZAPP Associates has been mandated to find a SAP FICO Senior Manager for a rapidly expanding strategy consultancy building their SAP transformation team in Germany. Our client is a renowned global advisory organization focusing on expanding their technology capabilities, with SAP at the core of their strategy.

The role involves working across finance transformation projects, from advisory to implementation, utilizing SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will collaborate with clients on strategic topics and lead delivery efforts, leveraging both internal and offshore teams.

Key experience required includes:

1. 10+ years of experience specializing in SAP FI CO solutioning
2. Deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes
3. Previous consulting experience as a Manager, Architect, Delivery Lead, or Senior Manager
4. Experience in preparing RFPs and proposals
5. Experience in hiring and building teams within a consulting environment
6. Leadership in delivering finance transformation programs (S/4HANA Finance)

This role offers the opportunity to lead within an established advisory firm, with immediate responsibilities including advising clients on S/4HANA Finance implementations. The position is primarily remote but may require travel across Germany based on client needs.

The role also involves building and leading global technology transformation consulting teams.
