Wolf Jansen is partnering with a major international organisation on a multi-country S/4HANA transformation. We’re seeking a Senior Manager SAP FI/CO to lead finance transformation, own the FI/CO solution roadmap and manage a team of 6+ consultants.

You’ll run end-to-end FI/CO workstreams across countries, drive integration across MM, SD and PP, and shape the roadmap with a focus on AI-enabled finance capabilities. Hybrid work in Germany with international exposure.

• Proven track record leading S/4HANA Finance transformations.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO workstreams across multi-country S/4HANA transformations and public cloud deployments.
• Act as solution authority for FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Product Costing, CO-PA) with SAP best practice.
• Run workshops, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration oversight, testing and cutover planning.
• Manage integration points across MM, SD, PP and other modules.
• Provide input on month-/year-end closing, financial reporting, controlling reports and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of 6+ FI/CO consultants; coordinate with AMS partners, SIs and internal IT.
• Contribute to pre-sales, proposal work and client relationships as part of a senior delivery team.
• Explore and embed AI-enabled finance capabilities within S/4HANA.

We’re partnering with a major international organisation on a multi-country S/4HANA transformation programme. They’re looking for a Senior Manager SAP FI/CO to lead finance transformation, own the FI/CO solution roadmap and manage a team of at least six consultants.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO workstreams across multi-country S/4HANA transformations and public cloud deployments.
• Act as solution authority for FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Product Costing, CO-PA, etc.), ensuring alignment with business needs and SAP best practice.
• Run workshops, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration oversight, testing (unit, integration, UAT) and cutover planning.
• Manage integration points across MM, SD, PP and other modules.
• Provide expert input on month-/year-end closing, financial reporting, controlling reports and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of 6+ FI/CO consultants; coordinate with AMS partners, SIs and internal IT.
• Contribute to pre-sales, proposal work and client relationship development as part of a senior delivery team.
• Explore and embed new AI-enabled finance capabilities within the S/4HANA landscape.

What you’ll bring

• Deep, hands-on experience across SAP FI and CO in complex, international environments.
• Proven track record leading S/4HANA Finance transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash processes and their SAP integration points.
• Fluent German and fluent English; comfortable presenting to senior finance and IT stakeholders across countries.
• Natural leader who enjoys building teams, mentoring consultants and driving delivery excellence.
• Interest in AI topics and how they can be applied to finance processes and reporting.
