Currently, we have open recruitment for an SAP FI/CO Consultant.

Responsibilities

As an SAP FI/CO IT Consultant (m/f/d) at our company, you will optimize processes and systems in the Finance area with a focus on SAP FI (ERP and S/4HANA).

Specifically, you will:

• Actively participate in our S/4HANA migration projects and take on responsibility
• Provide dedicated consulting to the business departments (Finance and possibly Controlling) on all IT- or process-related issues, understand challenges, and develop efficient processes and solutions
• Perform SAP FI/CO customizing, create development specifications, and independently implement solutions
• Proactively shape and optimize the solution design of the systems you manage, ensuring smooth application operations
• Effectively manage external service providers

Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field; many years of professional experience
• Solid implementation knowledge in SAP FI/CO & S4HANA from previous projects or operations
• A strong understanding of processes and initial professional experience as an internal or external IT consultant, with knowledge of agile project methods being an advantage
• Familiarity with Finance processes inside and out
• Willingness to tackle cross-cutting issues such as SD VAT determination and its challenges
• ABAP is not a foreign language to you, and debugging code for troubleshooting is enjoyable
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent German and English language skills (C-level) in both spoken and written communication
• Through your empathetic, communicative personality and confident demeanor, you foster result-oriented collaboration within your team and across teams
• You are technology-driven, willing to travel (occasionally), and enjoy taking responsibility
• You enjoy contributing to large and heterogeneous teams
