We are currently seeking a 2nd Level Support – SAP EWM Consultant for a fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to join a major European healthcare organisation, playing a key role in supporting logistics and warehouse operations across 29 countries. The position is part of the central IT & Digital team, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing the SAP EWM landscape.

Role : 2nd Level Support – SAP EWM

Location : Remote with occasional travel to Frankfurt area

Languages : Fluent English and German

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP EWM (decentralized) processes.
• Analyze and prioritize tickets from key business users.
• Provide solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Perform system customizing and maintain documentation.
• Support knowledge base development and escalate issues as needed.
• Track ticket progress and resolution.

Your Profile

• 2–3 years’ hands-on SAP ERP / EWM experience (ERP 6.00 / EWM 9.2+).
• Familiar with S / 4HANA, Fiori, and ideally ABAP debugging.
• Basic knowledge of MM, SD, Retail modules is a plus.
• Experienced in EWM support and customizing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Independent, structured, and calm under pressure.
