We are seeking an SAP Finance Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation, stabilization, and continuous optimization of SAP for a global fashion retail business. This role will be responsible for ensuring SAP FI/CO, profitability analysis, and financial reporting capabilities align with the company's omnichannel business model, digital transformation initiatives, and sustainability objectives.

This position will drive the SAP implementation process from planning to execution and post-go-live support, ensuring seamless integration across finance, supply chain, and sales channels. The SAP Finance Manager will work closely with the ERP Project Management Accounting Lead and ERP Project Financial Accounting Lead to create a system that enhances financial visibility, automates workflows, and enables advanced analytics for profitability, revenue growth, and ESG compliance.

Your responsibilities

Pre-Implementation & Implementation Phase:

1. Lead the SAP FI/CO implementation strategy, ensuring it supports financial operations across omnichannel retail, supply chain, and merchandising. Define finance system requirements, ensuring SAP integrates seamlessly with POS, e-commerce platforms, and third-party logistics providers. Work with the ERP Project Management Accounting Lead and ERP Project Financial Accounting Lead to ensure profitability tracking, revenue analytics, and cost allocation models are embedded into SAP.
2. Drive the integration of real-time sales and transaction data from online and offline stores into financial dashboards. Ensure that SAP supports automated revenue forecasting, markdown analysis, and inventory valuation models tailored for fashion retail. Oversee data migration, SAP testing, training, and change management to ensure smooth adoption across finance and commercial teams.

Post-Implementation & Continuous Optimization Phase:

1. Monitor SAP system performance, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and analytics-driven decision-making. Drive continuous enhancements in profitability analysis, ensuring dynamic pricing, omnichannel revenue tracking, and AI-powered forecasting are fully utilized.
2. Partner with the marketing and consumer analytics teams to leverage financial data for customer behavior insights, conversion optimization, and cross-selling strategies.
3. Oversee compliance and sustainability reporting, ensuring SAP enables carbon footprint tracking, ethical sourcing compliance, and circular economy initiatives.
4. Ensure SAP aligns with evolving regulatory and tax requirements, including e-commerce VAT, cross-border sales taxation, and lease accounting for physical stores.
5. Lead system upgrades and process automation initiatives, integrating AI-powered insights and machine learning into financial operations.

What you bring

• Proven expertise in SAP FI/CO, Controlling (CO-PA), and financial analytics implementation.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel finance models, POS integration, and e-commerce financial operations.
• Knowledge of AI-driven forecasting, digital transformation in finance, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong experience in sustainability reporting and ESG compliance, including carbon tracking and ethical supply chain finance.
• Ability to collaborate with finance, supply chain, IT, marketing, and sustainability teams to optimize SAP’s financial capabilities.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP system management within retail fashion.
• Experience leading full-cycle SAP implementations, including design, testing, go-live, and continuous improvement.
