As SAP Development Lead (m/w/d), you will coordinate technically with stakeholders (SAP architects, service managers, in-house consultants, external providers) to ensure timely delivery and implementation of new SAP functionalities and services.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Designing technical solutions in SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA, managing external providers to ensure quality, and professionalizing the department.
• Defining development guidelines based on SAP Clean Core principles, reviewing provider developments, and initiating improvements.
• Evaluating technical solutions, including enhancements, ABAP Cloud, and extensions in BTP.
• Implementing solutions with SAP CAP, ABAP, and RAP in S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Integrating SAP solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Datasphere, and others.
• Developing frontend applications with SAPUI5, Fiori, React, etc.
• Utilizing SAP BTP services like SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP Build, SAP Business Application Studio, SAP HANA Cloud, and Embedded Analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar.
• 6–8 years of SAP development experience (SAP BTP and/or SAP S/4HANA).
• Experience managing external IT providers.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP/RAP, SAP CAP, Node.js/Java, and authentication tech (OAuth 2.0, SAML).
