To support SAP projects and changes in the future and to strengthen our team in Winnenden, we are looking for an

SAP Developer (f / m / d) – 12 months fixed term

Responsibilities:

• Provide input into the design of SAP enhancements and rollouts, offering proactive advice to functional consultants and business partners.
• Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications for ABAP programming work and all module interfaces, translating requirements into an appropriate system design and version control of deliverables.
• Ensure sustainable, scalable, flexible, and template-conform solutions with good performance.
• Ensure developments are coded in a way that complies with SAP best practices.
• Manage multiple small concurrent coding projects.
• Drive resolution and be responsible for assigned tasks and their deliverables.
• Ensure on-time delivery of developments and proactively seek support when required.
• Document, prepare, and execute unit test plans, and support project test cycles.
• Perform quality reviews of documentation, code, and test plans.
• Demonstrate a structured approach to time management and task prioritization.
• Guide and manage external ABAP developers if applicable.
• Provide periodic progress updates and development status.

Technical Skills:

Good development skills with hands-on coding experience in SAP ABAP, SAP ABAP OO, Data Dictionary, IDoc message processing, BADIs / BAPIs, ABAP Objects programming, SAP user exits / enhancements. Knowledge of Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP Gateway configuration, and development is preferred. Experience in forms development with Adobe PDF and Smartforms is a plus. Additionally, experience working on highly customized SAP systems and knowledge of SAP SD, LE, and WM modules are advantageous.
