EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex SAP programs for clients. The role focuses on driving large-scale SAP initiatives across AS, S/4HANA migrations, and solution architecture with focus on client outcomes.

You will guide delivery across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP project management experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with SAP Solution Manager

Qualifikationen

• Solid knowledge of SAP project methodologies (ASAP, SAP Activate) and their differences.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and related delivery tooling.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and end-to-end SAP project delivery.

We are looking for an SAP Delivery Manager to join our EPAM team and lead the delivery of complex SAP programs for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in software engineering and IT consulting, driving large-scale SAP initiatives that transform client businesses. With nearly 30 years of partnership with SAP, EPAM has played a pivotal role in the engineering side of many of SAP’s enterprise product releases. Over the decades, we have supported SAP in designing and developing their products, as well as in bringing them successfully to market.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end SAP solutions
• Define and execute a strategy for continuous delivery risk management across the delivery lifecycle
• Take accountability for technical leadership, ensuring architecture is robust, future-proof and aligned with quality standards
• Translate business value into SAP solution benefits, demonstrating how new designs and architectures support client goals
• Coordinate the preparation of client proposals, statements of work and delivery roadmaps
• Lead delivery of SAP projects in line with EPAM methodologies, ensuring successful outcomes
• Manage client expectations, address issues in collaboration with account managers and foster strong client relationships
• Partner with project managers to plan, design, build, test and implement SAP solutions on time and within scope
• Prepare detailed project estimations covering timelines, resources and quality measures
• Act as the single point of accountability for delivery-related matters including escalations, upsells and ramp downs

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of SAP project methodologies (ASAP, SAP Activate) and their differences
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, with or without Focused Build
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation approaches
• Knowledge of SAP extension principles and available options
• Agile development experience with understanding of software architecture and delivery methodologies
• Broad knowledge of SAP products including SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics, Production), SAP C/4HANA (Commerce, Marketing, Sales), SAP SCM (TM, EWM, IBP), SAP GRC (AC, PC, RM), SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba
• Proven track record in end-to-end solution design and delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Advanced planning and project management skills with ability to deliver in onshore, nearshore and offshore models
• Fluent in English and German
• Nice to have Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and/or technologies
• Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks
• Understanding of SAP CI/CD principles and tooling
