Job Description:

This position is for a C1 German-speaking SAP Customer Engagement Manager based in Germany, working remotely. The role involves understanding customer SAP landscapes, facilitating solutions, and coordinating with SAP backend support teams on the SAP RISE platform. The manager acts as the primary SPOC for RISE customers, engaging with them regularly to provide guidance on their SAP landscapes and maintenance. The role requires close collaboration with various SAP teams and involves customer-facing meetings, technical queries, and assessments. No hands-on technical work is expected from the candidate.

Technical skills required include:

  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP Basis experience
  • 2+ years of cloud knowledge (Solution Management, Consulting, or Delivery)
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience with S/4 HANA and HANA databases
  • Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB)
  • Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4C) is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with any hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP)
