Position Overview

This role offers diverse tasks with development opportunities in local and international projects. The location is Straubing, and it is a permanent employment contract.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop SAP Customer Service to ensure excellent user experience.
  2. Support the business area by developing processes and requirements.
  3. Plan and facilitate workshops.
  4. Coordinate national and international SAP CX projects from analysis to support.
  5. Engage actively in project work.
  6. Implement requirements through customization and create programming specifications.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for users and key users locally and internationally.
Qualifications
  • Experience in SAP CX / SAP Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of related modules like SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI is a plus.
  • Interest in business processes related to Customer Experience.
  • Structured working style and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
