We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled SAP Consulting / Engineering Manager to lead our SAP Team and oversee the implementation and delivery of various SAP programs.

At EPAM, you will have the opportunity to enhance our SAP business growth across the DACH region as an architect and specialist, and cultivate our onsite team of expert professionals supporting regional projects.

What Youll Do

• Build and manage a team of SAP experts, providing guidance and support
• Be accountable for technical and functional leadership, architecture, and quality standards
• Provide expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster continuous learning
• Foster collaboration between SAP teams and other departments
• Communicate business value of SAP solutions and system architecture
• Prepare project estimates, resource planning, and budgets
• Coordinate customer proposals and statements of work
• Work with architects and project teams to implement SAP solutions
• Manage customer relationships and expectations
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations

What You Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related
• Fluent in German and English
• 8+ years in SAP consulting and engineering, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and SAP DSC
• Strong leadership and project delivery skills
• Deep knowledge of SAP products, architecture, and customization
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
