We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled SAP Consulting / Engineering Manager to lead our SAP Team and oversee the implementation and delivery of various SAP programs.

At EPAM, you will have the opportunity to enhance our SAP business growth across the DACH region as an architect and specialist, and also cultivate our onsite team of expert professionals supporting regional projects.

What You’ll Do

1. Build and manage a team of SAP experts, providing guidance and support
2. Be accountable for technical and functional leadership, architecture, and quality standards
3. Provide expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration
4. Conduct performance evaluations and foster continuous learning
5. Foster collaboration between SAP teams and other departments
6. Communicate business value of SAP solutions and how they contribute to business goals
7. Prepare project estimations, budgets, and resource planning
8. Coordinate customer proposals and statements of work
9. Work with architects and project teams to design and implement SAP solutions
10. Manage customer expectations and relationships
11. Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy regulations are followed

What You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Fluent in German and English
• 8+ years of SAP consulting and engineering experience, especially in SAP S/4HANA and SAP DSC
• Strong leadership and project delivery skills
• Deep knowledge of SAP products, architecture, and customization
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and passion for SAP technologies

Nice to Have

• Expertise in SAP methodologies and solutions such as SAP Activate, SAP Transformation, etc.
• Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions
• Skills in sales processes and IT service planning
