Role Overview :

The Country Manager for Germany holds a critical position aimed at propelling Amazfit's brand revenues in one of our top markets across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the EMEA General Manager, this role is crucial for developing successful business relations in the German and other DACH markets.

If you have a passion for business management, sales strategy, and are interested in health, fitness, and technology, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Extensive knowledge and strong relationships with key players in the German consumer electronics market;
• Experience in managing sales strategy and country P&L;
• Proven track record in leading sales teams to achieve positive sales results;
• Understanding of marketing and branding campaigns, especially for consumer electronics, running, and outdoor products;
• Ability to develop and implement local sales and business development plans to meet sales targets;
• Build long-term, trustful relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and retailers;
• Develop go-to-market strategies including pricing, product positioning, promotion, and channels;
• Collaborate with HQ to optimize products and incorporate market research, client feedback, and industry insights.

Please note : This is a remote role, with periodic/quarterly trips to our HQ in Warsaw.

Ideal Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field;
• At least 10 years of sales experience in the consumer electronics industry with strong client relationships;
• Successful track record in achieving sales targets (revenue, volume, margin, market share);
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment under pressure;
• Self-motivated and results-oriented;
• Adaptable to change and agile in approach;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational skills for task prioritization;
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
