Senior Recruitment Consultant @ Conexus DX

Conexus are currently partnered with a global consultancy, that are rapidly expanding their SAP Finance capabilities in 2025. On that basis, we are searching for a Senior SAP CO Lead Consultant to join them on a permanent basis in Germany.

Please note, for this role, we require fluent German.

As an SAP S/4HANA Senior Finance Managing Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and re-engineering complex application components while integrating innovative software solutions. You will work closely with clients to support their hybrid and AI transformation journeys, leveraging your expertise in SAP's latest Finance solutions, including Fiori Apps and S/4HANA innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory and implementation support on SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Guide clients from strategy development to IT implementation, ensuring successful adoption of S/4HANA Finance solutions.

• Utilize industry-leading methodologies such as IBM Ascend for SAP S/4HANA, IBM Rapid Discovery, IBM Rapid Move, and Migration Factory.

• Lead sub-projects and assume management responsibilities within SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.

• Implement business requirements using innovative technologies such as SAP Business Technology Platform.

• Demonstrate expertise in S/4HANA Finance innovations, including roadmap differences and new functionalities across releases.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years' experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including implementation or migration projects.

• At least three full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, from project preparation to go-live and support transition.

• Strong understanding of integration and interface concepts across other SAP S/4HANA modules.

• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is essential.
