The SAP Business Analyst, in collaboration with the assigned Manager, is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of S / 4 HANA Support Services by Business Analysts within their area of responsibility.

Scope of your role

• Understand business requirements and analyze relevant processes within your area of responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to simplify applications, reduce organizational complexity, and improve productivity.
• Work closely with Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to understand application requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications aligned with SAP standards and best practices.
• Configure the system as agreed with stakeholders.
• Participate in feasibility studies and change requests for system enhancements.
• Develop specifications for reports, forms, interfaces, and integrations.
• Coordinate with SAP Competency Center, Project Teams, and IT Project Management Office for technical implementation support.
• Monitor system activities, interfaces, and batch jobs to ensure proper system usage.
• Document functionality, create manuals, and develop training materials.
• Organize and conduct user training in cooperation with key users and process engineers.
• Support change management initiatives and consult with business representatives.
• Provide application support following Service Desk processes and ticketing systems.
• Test SAP configurations to meet specified needs.
• Assist in releasing configurations into quality and production environments with stakeholders.
