We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst Controlling (m / f / d) to join our SAP team in Stuttgart, assisting in translating business needs into effective SAP functionalities. You will act as the main connection between Business Process Engineers, Finance collaborators, and IT. Your main task will be to ensure the efficient setup, configuration, and support of SAP CO processes, aligning them with business requirements and strategic objectives.

What You´ll be doing :

• Analyze and understand business processes within Finance and Controlling, and gather detailed business requirements.
• Design, develop, and configure the SAP Controlling module to meet business process needs and application specifications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.), Process Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts to understand application requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize our SAP system based on functional requirements
• Participate in SAP projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, and process optimization initiatives.
• Test SAP configurations to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Support colleagues and end-users during testing phases for systems and applications.
• Define acceptance criteria in partnership with Business and other SAP Analysts.
• Document system functionalities, build user manuals, and develop training materials.
• Coordinate and deliver user training sessions in collaboration with key users and Process Engineers.
• Assist in crafting Business Cases, feasibility studies, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and effort estimates for business requests, system changes, and projects.

What You bring :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst or Consultant specializing in SAP CO.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling functionalities such as Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders, Transfer Pricing, etc.
• Strong understanding of the integration points between Controlling and other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Solid understanding of industrial and commercial business processes, especially within Controlling.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects, report progress, and work independently.
