YOUR FUTURE ROLEThe key role is to act as SAP BTP AI Solution Adoption and Consumption Advisor (f/m/d) to guide our customers and Field colleagues with relevant knowledge and engage to bring the best outcomes from their cloud footprint through Business AI solutions via the Business Technology Platform. Focused on Adoption and Consumption, the Customer Adoption Advisor (f/m/d) will specialize in SAP BTP AI, helping a customer to understand what is needed to adapt to a business technology platform or enhance their usage of existing solutions through knowledge transfer, change management expertise, and functional business process guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as an SME for usage and value realization of the SAP BTP AI solutions by providing functional expertise on how to best integrate, extend and deliver on desired business value.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders, including but not limited to Product Management, engineering, Customer Success Managers, and Account Teams.
- Deliver 1:1 and 1:M workshops remotely and in-person with customers on Adoption and Consumption topics relating to business capabilities, integration, reporting, and extension via the Business Technology Platform.
- Guide to build PoC's/Value Accelerators based on customer requirements (via Field roles or the Regional Heads) for potential enhancement to SAP Customer Success Programs (Premium and Standard).
- Develop tooling and playbooks to help scale and increase the ability for SAP to grow functional insights around customers to ensure delivered business outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional experience remotely and onsite with customers when needed.
YOUR PROFILE- University undergraduate degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering or comparable educational background.
- Minimum 4-5 years hands-on experience with Data Science, Python, SQL.
- Good understanding of Data engineering, AI, ML, Generative AI, classic ML models vs large language models.
- Experience with one or more of BTP AI topics such as SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, Gen AI hub, AI Business Services, SAP HANA Cloud (Vector Engine), SAP Joule, SAP HANA Cloud ML, etc. Alternatively, equivalent AI experience in 3rd party solutions would be considered.

- Following skills would be a plus:
- 2-3 years of working experience with cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP BTP extensions.
- Knowledge in at least one SAP cloud product i.e. SuccessFactors, Ariba, S/4 HANA, CX, DSC.
- Knowledge of SAP Data and Analytics offerings would be good.
- Ability to understand development, integration, and reporting capabilities in context of how they can be used to support customer business requirements.
- Knowledge of the different services engagement models such as SVA, Advanced, Essential and Select offerings.
ABOUT THE TEAMThe Customer Adoption Advisors act as BTP Customer Adoption Senior Advisor and work as a part of the Adoption and Consumption(A&C) Center in the BTP Solution Area in CS&D.
The core deliverables of Adoption and Consumption (A&C) are to:
- Engage with our customers and Front Office roles to deliver the value of SAP Customer Success with prescriptive guidance on BTP Integration Suite solution architecture and adoption topics focused around improving their core processes and business outcome through BTP use case assessment, solution advisory, custom built BTP solution demonstration.
- Tailor content that will allow the A&C Center to scale and multiply consumption and extension best practices to deliver business value through our communities and Front Office engagements.
- Innovate with our Services and Front Office colleagues to drive the evolution of and architect new innovations for the SAP Customer Success tooling, offerings, and playbooks, including ways to expand platform usage and drive industry cloud adoption.
- Empower to help educate customers on how to be successful within and across LoB buying centres.
- Develop characteristic-based gold standards for increasing activation, consumption and expansion of SAP BTP Integration Solutions and Scale it across various customer segments.
Furthermore, the team supports Premium and standard cloud subscriptions with customers, partners, developers, and SAP internal teams where subject matter expertise is required related to success plans and the supported Cloud solutions.
