Responsibilities

• Administration of SAP BTP environment: Manage and maintain SAP BTP environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Configure and optimize BTP services for performance and scalability.
• Implementation of new applications and services on SAP BTP. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of custom applications.
• Responsible for Security and Compliance. Implement security best practices, manage authorizations, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Manage user access controls, security settings, and data protection measures.
• Takeover of Performance Monitoring and Optimization. Monitor system performance and implement measures to optimize performance and scalability.
• Utilize SAP monitoring tools to track performance, availability, and utilization.
• Creation of User and Identity Management. Oversee user and role management, including Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations and identity provider integrations.
• Responsible for Maintenance and Support. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP BTP applications and services. Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the platform is up-to-date and secure.
• Creation of Documentation and Reporting. Maintain detailed documentation of the SAP BTP environment, including configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate regular reports on system performance, security, and usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences or comparable qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP BTP administration, including hands-on experience with tenant setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in SAP BTP, cloud services, and related technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good background knowledge of ERP systems, E2E processes and technology standards.
• Experienced and skilled in managing external consultants and suppliers.
• Ability to visually represent complex facts and system landscapes.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills.
