Job Description

• You ensure the system operation as well as the error analysis, maintenance, and execution of system updates of the customer systems.
• You carry out common basic projects, such as release upgrades for ABAP as well as for Java, and take over project management if necessary.
• System Administration and Configuration - You are responsible for the technology planning of SAP HANA as well as the HANA migration.
• You support our customers as 2nd and 3rd level support in troubleshooting and performance services.
• You support presales activities for new customers in the area of platform services.
• Incident and Problem Management.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends.
• Completed university studies in business informatics / computer science or comparable qualifications and/or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in setup and operation of SAP systems as well as upgrades, patches, DB upgrades for both ABAP and Java systems.
• Sound knowledge in at least 2 of the common SAP databases, such as HANA, Oracle, DB2, etc.
• Business fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2).
• Additional Requirements: Service Delivery Management, Project Management, and Consulting.
