SAP Basis Administrator (w/m/d), Ludwigshafen am Rhein

Location: Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany

TechniData TCC Products GmbH, part of the TechniData IT group with over 360 employees across 6 locations in Baden-Württemberg, manages complex IT infrastructures for businesses and public clients, focusing on Cloud, Hosting, Network, IT-Security, and SAP Services.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth operation of infrastructure, including SAP Basis systems and databases.
2. Handle customer inquiries in 2nd and 3rd level support.
3. Perform in-depth analyses to resolve system issues and improve performance.
4. Design and implement SAP system architectures in projects.
5. Administer SAP Cloud Connector, ADS, Business Connector, and Solution Manager.
6. Create comprehensive documentation related to your work.

Qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in SAP Basis System Administration.
• Experience with at least one of the following databases: SAP HANA, MS SQL, or Oracle.
• Planning, integration, and setup of hybrid SAP landscapes.

Additional Skills:

• Migration of SAP landscapes.
• Working in accordance with ITIL guidelines.
• Direct customer contact experience.

Language Skills:

Fluent in German and English.
