Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Ariba Implementation and Management : Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of SAP Ariba solutions to streamline procurement processes.
• Supplier Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, manage supplier performance, and optimize procurement strategies.
• Integration with SAP PM : Leverage knowledge of SAP PM to integrate maintenance planning and scheduling with procurement processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP Ariba tools and features.
• Process Optimization : Analyze current procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices using SAP Ariba.
• Project Management : Manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Qualifications

• Expertise: Proven experience as SAP Ariba Consultant with a strong understanding of procurement processes and the ability to configure, deploy, and manage the Ariba platform.
• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Management and Leadership : Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively handle vendor interactions and work with cross-functional teams.
• Languages : excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel: Around 20-25% of working time.
