Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for maintaining and developing an efficient ERP platform based on SAP, aiming for a cost-efficient system and operation that do not compromise security, usage, and availability. This includes providing general SAP support to functional organizations and end-users, including end-user support, incident remediation, user management, and customizing in SAP and related applications.

Your Tasks:

• Serve as an internal expert in specific SAP areas based on knowledge
• Remediate SAP incidents
• Support and train SAP end-users
• Manage users and roles in SAP systems
• Administer applications and systems within the SAP environment
• Create documentation for end-users and team members
• Customize SAP modifications as needed
• Participate in and manage SAP-related projects
• Coordinate and oversee external service providers
• Proactively collaborate with the business to implement improvements in agreed areas

Your Skills:

• Proven knowledge and experience with SAP environments
• Knowledge of the folding carton business is advantageous
• Understanding of relevant workplace legislation
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets
• Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written
• Effective communication skills across all levels
• Self-motivated and curious, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends
• Service-minded and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong understanding of procedures and processes, including SOx compliance
