• Build and maintain our SAP system in the area of Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities
• Create strong partnerships with business stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and business partner
• Take care of inquiries from SAP PP/DS users as a 2nd level support and provide targeted training, ensuring efficient operations
• Analyze, design, and improve processes in PP/DS to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
