SAP ABAP Developer - EDM experience - German-speaking

An experienced SAP ABAP developer who has excellent knowledge developing within EDM is required ASAP for an exciting long-term project on a remote basis. Please note: German fluency is mandatory.

Experience & skills required:
• 6 - 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP – having hands-on EDM (Energy Data Management) development within utility sector projects
• Proven track record of delivering custom solutions in SAP EDM environments, including implementation, enhancement, and support phases
• Solid understanding of SAP IS-U processes, particularly in relation to EDM, billing, and device management
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA system landscapes, with a strong grasp of integration between EDM and S/4 core modules
• Proficient in ABAP development, including user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and function modules within the SAP EDM context
• Skilled in handling interval data, profile processing, and time series management in energy market scenarios
• Fluent in German (C1+) with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
