Responsabilités

• Registration of samples in the central LIMS.
• Archiving and de-archiving study materials.
• Inventory documentation.
• Environmental monitoring (e.g. pest control, temperature and humidity).
• Prepare, create and edit study-specific shipping orders.
• Handing over and receipt of archival material.
• Handling of the relevant computer software.
• Result documentation of pathological evaluation.
• Archiving raw data.
• Evaluation assistance for ISH-stained slides.
• Follow-up of evaluations, calculation of the results, quality control of calculations.
• Archiving of analyzed tissue sections and associated documentations.
• Transfer of completed and tested result sheets to subsequent process steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registration of samples in central Laboratory Information & Management System (LIMS)
• Archiving and Dearchiving of all study related materials (e.g. documents, paraffin slides and tissue blocks) within the Filing Cabinet
• Inventory documentations
• Environmental monitoring (e.g. pest control, temperature and humidity)
• Prepare, create and edit study-specific shipping orders
• Handing over and receipt of archival material
• Handling of the relevant computer software
• Result documentation of pathological evaluation
• Archiving raw data
• Evaluation assistance for ISH-stained slides
• Follow-up of evaluations, calculation of the results, quality control of calculations
• Archiving of analyzed tissue sections and associated documentations
• Transfer of completed and tested result sheets to subsequent process steps
